St. Rule is a town in eastern Touraine. Its inhabitants are called Règlois St. and St. Règloises.

The Church of St. Paul was built in 1898 in a Romanesque Revival style. It contains stained glass from 1871 produced by the workshop of master glassmakers Lobin.
Castle private Arpentis date from the 16th and 17th centuries. It was restored in 1884. Moats were dug in the 17th century.
